Getting Started with Luigi’s Mansion 3

So, you pop in the game, and voila! You’re greeted with a few basic controls and a sneak peek into what the game looks like when you first get into it.

The intro is pretty straightforward, and all you need to do is press ‘A’ to start. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

  • User Selection: You get to select your user, and once you do that, you have a few options to choose from: you can do the story, screen Park scare scraper, or delve into downloadable content.
  • Gameplay Time: Now, this one I’ve played for a total of two hours and 49 minutes. Well, actually, one of my kiddos has, and it hasn’t been played in almost a year. So, it’s not a game that’s played too terribly often in my household.

The Intro and Basic Controls

Alright, moving on! I decided to select a new game so you can see what it looks like from the beginning.

To skip the intro part, you just push minus on your controller. The narrative and background information are pretty cool, giving you a nice storyline to follow.

  • Inside the Mansion: So, now you’re inside the mansion, and you are Luigi. You can move around a little bit and figure out what you need to do. Probably gonna walk up to the bellhop and push ‘A’ to talk.
  • Speeding Things Up: You can push ‘A’ to make the dialogues a bit faster. It’s great for those who just can’t wait to get into the action!

Exploration and Gameplay

Once you get past all the intro stuff, you get into your room, and that’s where the fun begins! You get to open up different drawers and kind of go around to figure out what you need to do.

It’s a bit touchy, but hey, it’s all part of the adventure!

  • Wandering Around: You spend a lot of time just kind of wandering around, seeing what you’re gonna find. It’s like an open-world concept; you can walk through and see what you want to do.
  • Capturing Ghosts: The basic concept of Luigi’s Mansion is your goal is to capture all of the ghosts. But to do that, of course, you have to find them first!

The Ghostly Elements and Recommendation

Now, this game is pretty decent, but it’s kind of slower-paced, especially at the beginning. Once you get a little bit into it and you start to capture the ghosts, then it gets a little more interesting.

  • For the Younger Audience: Probably not a game I would recommend for someone who is younger, just because of the ghost elements and also because of how kind of confusing it can be to know exactly what to do.
  • Age Recommendation: Overall, I definitely recommend this game for someone who’s maybe 10 or 12 somewhere in that age.

Conclusion: A Ghostly Good Time!

In conclusion, Luigi’s Mansion 3 for Nintendo Switch is a ghostly good time! It’s a game filled with exploration, ghost capturing, and a bit of humor.

It’s a bit slow-paced at the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes more interesting. It’s a game that requires a bit of patience and a love for exploration.

So, if you’re ready to dive into a world filled with ghosts and adventure, Luigi’s Mansion 3 is the game for you!

Remember, it’s all about having fun and enjoying the game. So, grab your controller, and let’s capture some ghosts! Happy gaming!
